Jessica Young Honored as She Leads Tennessee Christian Woman of Distinction

(Franklin, TN) – On April 24, 2025, Attorney Jessica Young, President and CEO of Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc., was named as a She Leads Tennessee Woman of Distinction!

At the second annual Honoring Gala, Jessica was acknowledged as a Christian Woman of Distinction for leading with excellence, courage, and Christ-centered influence across every sphere of life, making an eternal impact for His glory. The She Leads America organization consists of a diverse group of accomplished Christian women across the US. They provide a framework to link interdisciplinary perspectives centered in the Bible, share resources, and offer faith-based solutions for modern-day challenges. Honorees are selected through peer-based nominations. With this recognition, Attorney Young joins the ranks of honorees which include award-winning political scientist and former tenured professor Dr. Carol Swain, the first female Governor of South Dakota Kristi Noem, former NCAA swimming star Riley Gaines, niece of Dr. Martin Luther King and founder of Speak for Life Dr. Alveda King, television presenter, actress, singer, and author Kathie Lee Gifford, and U.S. Senator and businesswoman Marsha Blackburn.

Jessica has dedicated nearly two decades to transforming correctional healthcare. As the President and CEO of Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Jessica has stormed the gates of the correctional healthcare industry with grit and grace. She’s slashed litigation at ACH from 3 to 1 lawsuit per 1,000 patients, forging a shield of compassionate practices that protect patients and uplift staff. This past year, Jessica boldly replaced all LPNs with RNs—a divinely inspired move that axed complaints, cut legal costs, and delivered premium care to jails while stewarding taxpayer dollars with fierce integrity. Under her leadership, ACH’s book of business surged 33% in just nine months, standing tall against stigma and media attacks, anchored by her unshakable trust in God’s plan. As a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and American. Jessica charges into each day chasing justice and pouring out compassion. Her strength and excellence are a testament to God’s glory.
