Dr. Angela Moriarity Named Top 100 Human Resources Professional by ONCON Icon Awards

(Nashville, TN) – Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH) proudly announces that Angela Moriarity, PhD, has been named one of the Top 100 Human Resources Professionals by the prestigious 2025 ONCON Icon Awards. These awards recognize HR leaders who demonstrate excellence in organizational impact, innovation, and community contribution through a rigorous peer-nomination and voting process. The award was presented during the virtual ONCON 2025 Awards Ceremony held in April, where Dr. Moriarity was honored among an elite group of global HR professionals.

Dr. Moriarity served as ACH’s Chief of Staff during her nomination, where she helped drive initiatives that fostered a culture of integrity, innovation, and people-centered leadership. Her efforts have supported ACH leading the correctional healthcare field with a focus on ethical excellence and workforce recognition. ACH has received two Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics, earned ten consecutive years of Great Place to Work certification, and was recently named “Best Hospital & Health Care Business of the Year” by the Global 100 Awards.

“I’m deeply honored by this recognition, which reflects the outstanding culture and mission-driven team at ACH,” said Dr. Moriarity. “As I look ahead, I’m excited to channel these experiences into MOLE Theory, LLC—a leadership company dedicated to empowering people to achieve greatness through making our lives easier.”

MOLE Theory, LLC was born out of the overwhelming positive response to Drs. Moriarity and Johnson’s book Teaching Greatness: The MOLE Theory. What began as a framework for personal and professional growth quickly evolved into a full-scale leadership company, driven by demand from readers who wanted to bring the book’s transformative insights into their daily lives.
