ACH’s People-First Mission Shines Through in 2025 Survey Results

(Franklin, Tennessee) – Every year, Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH) asks associates for feedback on how the company is doing and in which areas the company can improve.

·       97% of employees say they are safe at work.

·       95% of employees say their supervisor consistently enforces policies.

·       94% of employees say their supervisor tells the truth.

·       94% of employees say that when they bring a problem to their supervisor, they do something about it.

ACH takes feedback and suggestions seriously, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to caring for people. This dedication has earned ACH two Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics, recognition at the Music City Community Choice Awards for Best Employee Recognition Program, and being named “Best Hospital & Health Care Business of the Year” in the Global 100 Awards.

Dr. Angela Moriarity, Chief of Staff, stated, “A company cannot evolve without hearing from its associates. Our annual survey is more than a checklist; it’s the collective voice of those on the front lines. When leadership listens to both praise and critique, we strengthen our service and honor our commitment to our associates, patients, and clients. Progress requires participation, and feedback is the fuel that drives us forward."

In 2025, ACH received its 10th consecutive year of certification from Great Place to Work, a renowned global expert on workplace culture. The award is based entirely on what current associates say about their experience working at ACH. Per Fortune Magazine statistics, ACH associates rated the organization 27% higher than the typical U.S.-based company.

“We are grateful for the dedication shown across our organization to support life-saving care and uphold a culture where patients come first. This recognition reflects the values we strive to live out every day,” says Jessica Young, Esq., President & CEO of ACH.
