ACH Nominated as “Top Employer” for the Second Consecutive Year in the Best of Music City Community’s Choice Awards
(Nashville, TN) – Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH) has once again been nominated by online voters in the 2025 Best of Music City Community’s Choice Awards, part of The Tennessean and USA Today Network. For the second consecutive year, ACH has been named a “Top Employer,” and this year the recognition expanded into four subcategories, which is twice the number it received in 2024.
Each year, the Best of Music City Community’s Choice Awards recognizes over 420 businesses and organizations across more than 140 categories, completely driven by public participation. The program begins with nominations, and voting determines the finalists and winners in each category.
“What makes these awards particularly meaningful to our company is that they are voter-driven,” said President and CEO Jessica Young. “To be nominated for the second consecutive year, and in twice as many subcategories, by individuals across Middle Tennessee and beyond, is a true honor and recognition of the work we do.”
Earlier this year, the results of ACH’s Annual Associate Survey highlighted the company’s dedication to safety, integrity, and putting people first. An impressive 97% of associates reported feeling safe at work, while 95% said their supervisor consistently enforces policies. Additionally, 94% shared that their supervisor tells the truth and takes action when problems are brought forward. Reflecting ACH’s values, 94% of associates affirmed that the company puts patients over profits.
